Terms

What CommuniGate is, what it is not, and the rules for using it. Last reviewed 18 October 2026.

What this is

You describe a real situation with your team. CommuniGate searches twelve management books, picks the passages that bear on it, and writes an answer in which every source-backed claim points at the passage it came from. You can open any of them and read the page it was taken from.

An answer takes a while — usually between one and four minutes, because the model reads the passages properly before it writes. The screen tells you what it is doing while you wait.

What this is not

It is not professional advice. Not legal advice, not HR advice, not medical advice, not financial advice. It is a tool that finds what some good books say about a situation like yours.

The answer is written by a language model and it can be wrong. The product is built to make that checkable rather than to hide it: the passages behind an answer are real, the quotations are checked against the book they claim to come from, and a claim with no passage behind it is not dressed up as one. None of that makes the reasoning on top of them correct. Read the passages before you act on anything that matters — that is what they are there for.

Decisions about a person are yours. Do not use an answer from here as the reason for firing someone, disciplining someone, or anything else you would have to justify to that person. If you could not explain the decision in your own words, you do not have one yet.

Your account

Anyone with the link can create one. There is no password: you sign in with Google or with a six-digit code sent to your email, and the privacy page says what happens to what you write.

One account is one person. Do not share it, and do not sign in as someone else.

There is a daily limit on how much answering one account may use. The product shows how much of it you have left as a percentage. When it runs out, it says so and it comes back the next day.

What to put in, and what not to

Write about your real situation — that is the only way the answer is about you rather than about management in general.

Be careful with other people's details. What you type is sent to the companies named on the privacy page in order to produce an answer. You can describe someone's behaviour without writing down their full name, their address, their health, or anything you were told in confidence — and you should.

Do not try to make the product print the books. It shows the passages behind an answer because that is what makes the answer checkable; it is not a way to read the books without buying them, and using it as one is not allowed.

Do not attack it, do not automate against it, and do not try to reach another person's conversations.

The books

The twelve books are published works. Their copyright belongs to their authors and publishers, not to us, and every passage shown carries the book and the writer it came from.

TODO(Rom): state the basis on which passages from these books are shown to users, once that is settled. ⛔ It is an open question in this project and nothing may be asserted here until it is answered.

What you write stays yours

We claim no ownership of your questions or of the situations you describe. They are stored so the product works, they are used to answer you, and they are deleted when you delete them.

Stopping

You can leave at any time. Deleting your account from your profile page removes every conversation, message and answer immediately. It cannot be undone.

We can suspend an account that is being used against these rules. A suspension blocks access and deletes nothing, so it can be undone; TODO(Rom): say what happens next — whether we tell the person why, and how they appeal.

Availability and cost

This is early software. It may be slow, it may be unavailable, and features may change. There is no uptime promise.

It is free to use today. TODO(Rom): whether it will stay free, and how anyone currently using it would be told before that changed.

The sections a lawyer has to write

These are left empty on purpose. A plausible paragraph in the right shape is worse than an empty one, because it stops anyone noticing it was never written.

TODO(Rom): warranties and disclaimers, and the limitation of liability. ⛔ Do not let anyone fill these in from a template.

TODO(Rom): the governing law and where a dispute is heard.

TODO(Rom): how these terms may change, and how someone already using the product is told.

TODO(Rom): the legal entity these terms are an agreement with, and an address.
